Usage/Dosage
- Take one capsule daily, or more if needed, with liquid at mealtimes.

Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Capsule Shell (HPMC), Anti-Caking Agents(Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (as Hydroxycobalamin), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin).
